Becoming Barbarian - Muscle Building Program
To be born and to die without realizing the potential your body possesses for strength and power would be tragic.
I created ‘Becoming Barbarian’ because I don’t like tragedies. I like epic tells of heroism and valor where the main character brims with strength and defeats the foes before him.
This program is a 10-Week Program intended to put on muscle mass and increase strength. Word of caution - it ain’t easy, but if you want easy, I have nothing for you.
You will be lifting 5 days a week. The load will be heavy at times and the training intense.
This program will require the use of a gym (barbell, dumbbells, and pull-up bars) and I highly recommend you are comfortable squatting, bench pressing, and deadlifting.
